Refund Policy

At Aahil Pay, we strive to provide a secure and reliable platform for all transactions. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle payments, refunds, and transaction issues.

1. Unauthorized Charges

If you notice a charge on your credit/debit card or bank account for a transaction you did not initiate:

  1. First, check with family members, colleagues, or anyone who may have permission to make payments on your behalf.

  2. If no one recognizes the transaction, report it to your bank within 180 days to initiate a chargeback and enable an investigation.

2. Non-Refundable Transactions

Once a transaction is successfully processed and the corresponding value is credited to your Aahil Pay account ID:

  1. The transaction is final and non-refundable.

  2. Cancellations or exchanges are not permitted after the value has been credited.

3. Value Not Credited (Within 24 Hours)

If you completed a transaction and the amount was debited from your account, but the corresponding value is not credited to your account ID within 24 hours:

  1. Transaction amount

  2. Transaction date

  3. Request or order number

If confirmed, a refund will be processed within 21 working days to the original payment method.

4. Transaction Failure (Within 72 Hours)

If a transaction is completed and the amount is charged, but the purchase or bill payment fails within 72 hours:

Email our support team with the following information:

  1. Mobile number / DTH account number / utility consumer number / bank account details
  2. Operator name
  3. Transaction amount
  4. Transaction date
  5. Order number
After investigation, if the value was not credited, a refund will be issued within 21 working days to the original payment method.

5. Responsibility for Correct Information

Customers and agents are fully responsible for providing accurate information when making transactions, including:

  1. Mobile number

  2. DTH account number

  3. Utility consumer number

  4. Bank account details

Aahil Pay is not liable for any loss or failed transactions due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

6. Final Sale Policy

All sales and bill payments processed through Aahil Pay are considered final. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted, except in cases where:

  1. The value was not credited to your account

  2. The bill payment or recharge failed despite successful payment
